Deluxe Payment Exchange+ vs. Logility

Deluxe works great for us as we have a decent number of payments that go through them. I believe it would not be efficient for a smaller company who did not receive a lot of checks or electronic payments. Our volume warrants outsourcing of payment processing as it saves us a lot of time in-house. I would weigh the costs of the service against the time and payroll it costs your company.

How well the system is going to match with the company's business.

• allows check signors to sign checks when they are traveling
• allows vendors to received payment same day
• eliminates the need to mail payments via snail mail

• Can go down to the very detailed level to manage forecast.
• Easy to maintain and control .
• User friendly.

• the ability to set up multiple check signatures depending on who is signing the check
• Deluxe Payment Exchange+ to sell check blanks that we could use if we want to have the check emailed back to the company and print out a paper check
• More space on payee line

• Product profile for different seasons without adding another module.
• Eliminate manual work.

Need more time to prove that the system really helps the company.

It is more useful for large companies who have to make payments on large scale. The reason for less rating is because it is not useful for business who have less volume as the Deluxe Payment Exchange+ software needs customized setup required which can be less flexible and costlier to smaller organizations. The software can be improved and available at less cost to businesses who have less transactions.

It was used as an alternate app as it user friendly and has similar cost compared to Plooto. Also it offers most of the features that Plooto is offering. But Plooto is useful for small businesses which Deluxe Payment Exchange+ is missing the needs of organizations with less transactions.

I didn't make the decision to select Logility.

• It's allowed company growth with the need for extra accounts staff
• Allowed for easier payment management on the go
• Gone a good way to pay for itself on extra staff and resources not needed
