My account rep will always find the best "personas" for our campaign. If I were to give him Engineers & developers as a target, he'd come back with more granular targeting that can be added to the campaign so that we're actually reaching the people that we want on our lists. This makes our client's jobs so much easier because the leads are of quality and they see high conversion rates when they run their own initiatives.

Upcall is great for companies that aim at superb customer support, upcall is great for medium to large businesses. I haven't used any products like DemandWorks, but I have used Facebook and LinkedIn as a vehicle to drive lead generation and they're not as good as DemandWorks. We'd typically see CPLs in the $100s for these platforms, but DemandWorks never quotes us a CPL higher than $70, and the leads are always guaranteed.

Upcall has been able to help us gain top-quality leads that led to customers while the other products worked, they weren't as effective as upcall is in such a short period of time we have used it. We have seen where upcall has helped to drive our business sales.
