Demio vs. MegaMeeting.com

Demio makes it easy to share your expertise, get in front of your customers in large numbers, and develop your brand through multimedia and video content. From live to automated webinars, you have options to control the content and create the webinar you want while operating in a tool that was specifically made for webinars. You can even redirect your attendees to a particular URL after the webinar ends if you have a special offer or promotion for your registrants.

Megameeting.com performs very good for video conference and screen sharing. You can get your access and provide someone else to control your screen with no extra cost. Also, the video quality and audio of the software performs excellent, even at a low-speed bandwidth connection, which has happened several times.

Overall it is a good webinar platform. Others may have more options but they are way more expensive.

I love the chat support team at Demio. They're timely. They're thorough. They're polite. They even send funny gifs and emojis. For more serious or complicated questions/issues, I have been invited into a personal Demio webinar with a technical specialist who walked me through exactly how to achieve what I was looking to do and explained everything clearly. Demio's support team is fantastic.

Zoom is a powerful tool for video communications. With the explosion of video meetings since March of 2020 and the COVID-19 pandemic, webinars that take place on Zoom have an almost Pavlovian response as many folks have a subconscious response or feeling towards the Zoom interface, as they feel like they're in a meeting rather than at a webinar or digital event. Demio is also a true webinar solution, rather than a video communication platform that has been 'converted' into a webinar solution. Demio has features and capabilities that other platforms lack, and the interface is a fresh experience with no preconceived notions.

Megameeting.com performs well against significant software such as GoToMeeting. I think that it's an emerging software that needs some good updates to keep up the big guys, but currently, it is heading on the correct road. Not sure if applicable, but I would recommend the developers to create a smoke test to the chat feature, I was able to find bugs on it.
