Overall Satisfaction with Demio

We use Demio in a variety of ways. From live webinars to help our new customers get onboarded with our software solution, to thought leadership and educational webinars for help getting our audience to better understand a topic or subject matter. We use Demio for daily platform demos to support our potential customers, for regular automated webinars to assist our contacts with migrations from other software platforms, and for live Q&A sessions in an office-hours format. Demio is used across our organization from marketing, to sales, to customer success, to migrations, to onboarding, and more. Demio allows us to create and deliver relevant multimedia content to our audience, answer questions in real-time, share resources, and provide a better content experience than a social media post, blog, or generic video. We can connect with our attendees to create personal experiences, share resources and links, answer their specific questions, and establish our company as a trusted resource and authority on a variety of subjects.

Pros

  • Live & automated webinars — whether you have recorded your content previously or go live, Demio makes it possible to deliver high-quality (audio and video) content and set up your webinar with ease. The interface is incredibly intuitive and makes the process simple while offering many options and capabilities to take your webinar experience to the next level
  • Analytics — the dashboard after a webinar is incredibly detailed, easy to navigate, visually pleasing, and can be downloaded (or integrated) for further analysis, customer segmentation, and more.
  • Ability to complement the webinar with engaging activities — from polls to questions, to sharing downloadable resources, to featured actions, to chat, to links in chat, to combining both live video and other presentation materials, it's all made simple by Demio.

  • Demio made it much easier to pivot to digital events when in-person events weren't possible due to COVID-19. There was a huge positive impact of being able to remain in front of our customers despite that reality.
  • 30,000+ people have registered for the approximately 30 webinars that we have run since April of 2020.
  • Thousands of new customers have completed our free onboarding webinar series since implementing it in the summer of 2020, leading to higher customer retention, lower churn rates, and expedited time-to-value for our customers.
Zoom is a powerful tool for video communications. With the explosion of video meetings since March of 2020 and the COVID-19 pandemic, webinars that take place on Zoom have an almost Pavlovian response as many folks have a subconscious response or feeling towards the Zoom interface, as they feel like they're in a meeting rather than at a webinar or digital event. Demio is also a true webinar solution, rather than a video communication platform that has been 'converted' into a webinar solution. Demio has features and capabilities that other platforms lack, and the interface is a fresh experience with no preconceived notions.

It's simple, easy to understand, and intuitive. Their help documentation is great and easily searchable. Their chat team is timely, polite, thorough, and personal.
I love the chat support team at Demio. They're timely. They're thorough. They're polite. They even send funny gifs and emojis. For more serious or complicated questions/issues, I have been invited into a personal Demio webinar with a technical specialist who walked me through exactly how to achieve what I was looking to do and explained everything clearly. Demio's support team is fantastic.
If you're looking to add webinars into your content, sales, or marketing strategy Demio is a great tool to make that happen. The interface is clean and simple, easy to use, and offers plenty of features to make your webinar experience unique to your business, with a more personalized experience. Demio makes it easy to share your expertise, get in front of your customers in large numbers, and develop your brand through multimedia and video content. From live to automated webinars, you have options to control the content and create the webinar you want while operating in a tool that was specifically made for webinars. You can even redirect your attendees to a particular URL after the webinar ends if you have a special offer or promotion for your registrants.
