It is well suited for tracking accounts and tracking payroll on time and efficiently. We have used custom reports which help us to keep only what we want and get rid of anything we don't. Very useful.

Our role as treasurer changes every year, so having a tool that is so easy to use and has such great technical support will make the process of transitioning so much easier. Additionally, I am much more confident that the records are accurate. Live Chat is very helpful. When we switched Treasurers, there was a lack of consistency in how records were managed, and historical funds were misplaced. I could go on, but in a nutshell, it was a nightmare for records. Quickbooks is more difficult to understand and use. I also based in on reviews from other users compared to how they liked this software versus the other.
