One low annual fee lets group treasurers manage all their finances. Manage banking transactions, reconcile bank accounts, create budgets, track members, volunteers, and donors, run reports, store documents, calculate 990EZ & 1099 totals, and connect to your bank and merchant service accounts. Transparent books and seamless board transitions without any prior knowledge.
- With no previous experience, make board transitions seamless and books transparent.

- The set-up was a bit confusing until I figured out I could match the budget to the categories.

- I received complete assistance in setting up the system using a spreadsheet I provided, as well as some minor customization.
When we switched Treasurers, there was a lack of consistency in how records were managed, and historical funds were misplaced. I could go on, but in a nutshell, it was a nightmare for records. Quickbooks is more difficult to understand and use. I also based in on reviews from other users compared to how they liked this software versus the other.
