Personally think DEON is easier to use and is a good value for the price. A lot of functionality overlaps between programs, but overall think some of the elements of DEON are superior.

Best Suited Scenario: When you play multiple roles and a certain set of information/ files in one place in an organized fashion. Example 1: You are into sales and need specific documents at during a presentation to your client, this is when DEON comes in handy. You can have all your files arranged in one place. Example 2: You are doing a review where lots of presentations and files are needed to be shown this is where you can use DEON. I don't see any scenario where DEON would not be suitable.
