Likelihood to Recommend	Descartes Systems Group Pacejet is easy to use and training takes apx 1/2 hour for a new user. Pacejet is suited for companies that are shipping 100's to 1000's of cartons per day. Using their rate shopping we are able to ship the goods at the lowest cost. Since we charge our customer for freight, this is a win for us and our customers. Pacejet support is readily available and very helpful. If they say anything has been mailed, after 4 weeks of emails, you'll have no documentation. 3. The product never arrives. 4. You have to refund your clients 5. Your reputation is destroyed, and thousands are lost in revenue. In case they try to take this review down, the names of the magazines are ORIGIN, THRIVE and Mantra Wellness, in every grocery chain nationally (US). If you are also having a nightmare experience with this company, we have full legal documentation of this process we can send you to show they operate like scam artists.File a complaint, get your credit card to refund you, and report this company if this has happened to you. Alternatives Considered	Descartes Systems Group I chose Pacejet as it integrates with ERP. This makes it easy to manage and also easy for our shippers. The cartons size and weights are loaded into Pacejet so are shippers just need to quickly verify they are correct. I like the Pacejet uses and API connection to the carriers sot they let us know any additional charge for the length of the package or for unique locations.
