DonorScape support has improved over the last few years. They are generally on point, but I have had my fair share of issues that have resulted in disrupted business processes. As of now, they are doing a fine job.

Provide a much interactive and well designed and clear UI

DonorScape appears to produce fewer false positives and format is user friendly.

• The UI is not really improved, which has a huge scope for improvement
• Wish there is a in-built chat or some sort of mechanism to communicate with the alumni
• Great algorithm that's running behind though
