DocuSign Identify vs. SecureAuth IdP

One specific scenario that we use this tool is to verify the identity of our clients whenever they request a loan from our company. We are required to ask for their ID verification. It's a great tool that saves you time but also is secure and easy to use for your clients. It makes the whole process easier and faster.

SecureAuth is a good solution for companies looking for an in-house solution that can be managed by your internal technical resources. It is a good solution for new companies that are looking for a more secure authentication application to deploy to their staff

• We had some difficulty enabling SecureAuth as our only authentication tool.
• The offline authentication feature was troublesome at times.
• Enrollment was a little cumbersome for some employees.

We selected DocuSign Identify because of the company's reputation. We already use DocuSign to request signatures, but this new feature syncs well with our process

SecureAuth was reasonable solution that enables our organization to securely manage our single sign-on and multi-factor authentication controls by our technology department. The product was easy to install and maintain, and provided our employees a layer of security that was on par with other industry leading solutions

• Our process has improved tremendously. We can now request ID verification in minutes. It takes our clients five minutes to verify
• It is a safe way to request for ID verification
• No hassle and unnecessary back and forth emails

• Flexible terms allowed us to leverage SecureAuth over multiple years.
