Best scenario: listing unlimited inventory from Shopify store on multiple marketplaces like Amazon, eBay, and Walmart. When you need to manage multiple inventories from different stores in one app which syncs all changes. When you need to automate a set of product inventory management routine tasks and save time for more valuable tasks.

• User-friendly front-end interface.
• Bug fixes and improvements are done often and regularly.

• Has light-speed and helpful support
• Automates inventory and order management
• Saves from underselling or overselling

• Sign-up procedure could be more explanatory for vendors.
• Sign-up validations could be improved.
• Support for multi-currency and multilingual shops needs to be improved.

Compared to other similar multi-vendor marketplace platforms, Dokan has much more features and easier to use and manage.

The support needs to be improved as some of the support representatives do not seem to understand the client's request and keep sending canned responses.

M2E Cloud is much easier to use and doesn't have rip-off pricing like its competitors. It is clearly oriented toward small to medium business owners who value their time and money. I tried a lot of solutions but most of them don't have even decent support. M2E Cloud support is better and quick to reply.

• Needs more bulk product import and management features.
