DonorScape (discontinued) vs. Qtego

DonorScape is well suited for wealth screenings when biographical information is in good form

We used it for mobile bidding at our annual fundraiser. They are also a part of the check-in process. They made both the auction and the check-in process so much easier at the event. We did not use it for donations last year but we absolutely will this year. I personally don't see where it could apply to our company outside of our event, but we will continue to use them for the gala for sure!!

DonorScape support has improved over the last few years. They are generally on point, but I have had my fair share of issues that have resulted in disrupted business processes. As of now, they are doing a fine job.

DonorScape appears to produce fewer false positives and format is user friendly.

• DonorScape has helped us positively identify prospects who have turned into donors.
• DonorScape has helped us make business decisions on hiring based on the number of prospects we have identified.

• More people bidding
• Check-in process at the event was smoother
• Volunteers were more comfortable with the registration/check-in process
• No negative impact
