Nectar HR
Nectar is great if you are looking to add ways to recognize individuals, grow culture, and get people to connect. If you have a culture where people are already recognizing each other then Nectar might be redundant. However, if you want to add to or replace daily or monthly management recognition, then Nectar is a great place to start.
