• They can add more shipping options
• They can add more e-commerce platforms

• The overall layout could be more user friendly
• Generating stock count spreadsheets for the past dates would be useful
• Processing of large amounts of data is sometime slow

W2S (Way2Send) was a pain in the back for us as we could not perform most basic operations ourselves. Almost each task had to be performed by system admins. In contrary, Linker Cloud Fulfillment Platform enables easily performing basic operations by ourselves which takes down the friction in our cooperation with the fulfillment center.

• Increased satisfaction of our team working with the inventory management

• Good communication with fulfillment center as Linker serves as our single source of truth
