Clients love when their shipping costs and postage match up. We strive to be sure they have a good solution to keep their stores on track.

OpenGov procurement needs to keep the business model of ProcureNow. I have noticed since it has joined OpenGov customer engagement has gotten lost.

The OpenGov platform has been relatively easy for all staff at different levels to implement into their daily workday.

Most issues can be resolved online. We have not had to call in for assistance in 5 years of using the plugin.

Easyship is easy to integrate into the Big Commerce store platform. They have a free app, 1 click install, easy setup and clients like the easy to use interface.
