We have many uses for Minitab at our company, but the department that uses it the most would be the Quality Control Department for lab validation. The lab techs use an ICP to measure impurities in our product. Minitab's Gage R&R feature helps to calculate the total variance to ensure the contamination percentage is below the spec marked by our different customers

All the users at our site required training to be able to utilize Minitab in the different departments. It would be nice to have a user-friendly/basic user version for those who just need to view charts, data, etc
