It loses 2 marks from me for not being able to automatically save emails or remove sender and receiver information.

The easy-to-use Email to PDF is super simple. I am able to explain the process without even looking at the screen and often. When I tell my Coworkers they are 40+ and can go to the work area and set themselves us for success! This is important the older generation cant digest to many steps the simpler the better
