Email to PDF for Outlook gets an 8 as a rating from me because it is pretty good at almost everything it does and helps me and my business be more organized and efficient when sending and receiving documents and categorizing important information. It loses 2 marks from me for not being able to automatically save emails or remove sender and receiver information.

The easy-to-use Email to PDF is super simple. I am able to explain the process without even looking at the screen and often. When I tell my Coworkers they are 40+ and can go to the work area and set themselves us for success! This is important the older generation cant digest to many steps the simpler the better
