Emerald Signage vs. Rise Vision

Emerald Signage is a fantastic option since they have a long history of providing outstanding service to their clients. The most efficient approach of producing large format images of both actual objects and digital displays, as well as portraits of specific people. It is also becoming more of a common habit to advertise certain products and services on a variety of social networking sites.

The free version is great for small businesses or organizations with a couple displays and limited presentations. The paid version is excellent; giving you unlimited storage and a variety of templates to get you started. You can also set up "sub-companies" to let you and your users manage content for multiple locations.

• It was easy to upload & remove digital signs to rise vision in order to post them to screens around the school.
• It was easy to organize into folders & rearrange the order of the digital signs in each folder.

• Despite the fact that I have not been using it for a few months, there does not seem to be any missing functionality at this time.

Emerald Signage, in general, is designed to be user-friendly and uncomplicated, making it an ideal choice for those who are just beginning their careers. It is possible for even the most unskilled user to create the idea that they are an expert when it comes to delivering data to your digital signage. This is made possible by the software that we employ. Newcomers to the industry often turn to Emerald Signage for their signage needs. They are able to easily manage the process in its entirety even if they have no previous experience.

I have never used another product like Rise Vision. For all of its faults though, I found Rise Vision easy to use & explain how to use. This is described in detail in nstructions which I wrote for the department that took over the task when my department was unfortunately closed.

• We saved about 70% in licensing costs by switching to Rise Vision from another provider.
• Compatible hardware is low cost.
• IT involvement is minimal.
