EmpMonitor vs. PayrollHero

Because of EmpMonitor, I can keep an eye on my employees from anywhere any time and it increased my firm’s productivity rate.
With the screen capturing feature, I can question any employee for their non-working hours with proof
It made it very easy for management to maintain the attendance of every employee.

To organize and keep up with streamlined company procedures, use PayrollHero. The fact that PayrolHero is a cloud-based service that allows me to access it from any location and on any device is what I value the most. Another feature that I like is you can create profiles of all employees with their work histories so you can be more organized and evaluate performance. It allows you to track time worked by employees, see where the employees are in real-time, and use facial recognition to ensure they adhere to their schedules.

• Track keyboard activity per second.
• Take screenshots every a corn period of time.
• Track total time spent on different tasks.

• Employee Clock-in is the best function of this software.
• It helps with managing attendance which can be further used for reporting purpose.
• Works great with my iPhone and the web based browsers.

• Unavailability of integration of third-party software that enhances its overall working.
• No option to track or manage projects.
• Project tracking and support for Macs.

• The interface for the software needs some improvements. the color combination doesn't look professional.
• Need to manage the employee finance saving details as well.

PayrollHero functions well than other available applications for HR management. It helps easy time tracking with better reporting for management. The interface can be improved more to make it unique and professional. But over all it helps with managing HR day to day operations easily. It has been great tool for HR people
