Overall Satisfaction with EmpMonitor

EmpMonitor turned out to be my best decision I made for my firm's employee management. I am happy that the software is completely worth it and I am so relieved after using it. No more record maintenance; everything is taken care of by EmpMonitor now. Wow.

Pros

  • Time monitoring for capturing the working hours of every employee
  • Productivity tracker to track the production rate
  • Screen monitoring to check the live activities of every worker

Cons

  • Sometimes the software lags, which results in slow loading.
  • The HRMS part should have an easy user interface.
  • I would love to get a dark mode in the settings of EmpMonitor.
