Emptor vs. Experian Verify

Its very good for onboarding processes which have a time line but if you are looking to start an employee quickly then their checks can take a long time before they are complete.

Their checks for non uk based employees are very efficient.

Better communication with helpdesk, issues resolved in timely manner without my having to chase alot. Lots of contact with out account manager with experian, help desk are more responsive also. The overall professional presentation of the service and reputable name with experian, which ultimately ed me to switch providers

• Ability to perform overseas checks- worked well for our business which was scaling into other territories
• Lots of products to choose from- but we had a bespoke package so diidnt need so many options
