I have used experian to complete all reference, right to work, employment verification and identity checks including verifying identity documents for those working remotely. Also to complete criminal
records and credit checks for all employees entering the business.

- Lots of products to choose from- but we had a bespoke package so diidnt need so many options
Better communication with helpdesk, issues resolved in timely manner without my having to chase alot. Lots of contact with out account manager with experian, help desk are more responsive also. The overall professional presentation of the service and reputable name with experian, which ultimately ed me to switch providers
