However, I believe they need to work on providing better notification and support of outages, service, etc. These services are also incredibly expensive, Windstream portrays a worthwhile service to accommodate your check every month, but it falls short. Windstream is available everywhere, but tread carefully when selecting a company that offers similar services.

Windstream was the only option for what we needed. It was available in Wisconsin, Iowa, New York, and Utah for all of our plants needs. It was also a service that has been used for years so we have not searched elsewhere for an alternative option. Many people have heard of Windstream, which gives it crediblity with IT professionals
