Entrust Standard SSL Certificates vs. NeoCertified Secure Email

Because they have been around so long and are so well known there is a high level of confidence in their product. They have a full range of PKI products and are excellent support. They have always been available whenever we had a question. I would say that they are the gold standard in PKI.

NeoCertified Secure Email is very easy to use, and the speed of the encryption is excellent. The only challenge we have had is some of the national carriers are unfamiliar with NeoCertified Secure Email and thus sometimes give us some resistance in our utilizing it.

• The renewal process is incredibly simple.
• Turn around for new requests is very fast.
• Full email notification system for application owners.

• Easily works with our Outlook email system.
• Those receiving our secure emails find it easy to set up a user name and password to access and open and attach and send back.
• Whenever help is needed they respond quickly.

• There are so many purveyors of SSL certificates or SSL certificate resalers today. Entrust is not competitive on price.

Entrust offers an easy to use, fully featured cloud framework for certificate management. This framework is very solid and highly recommended as it gives my business the ability to remain agile while giving persistence to my overall security posture.

• It solves my number 1 problem...staying compliant with the security rules and regulations that my industry imposes.
• It gives peace of mind to my clients that their personal information is secured. This is an easy step in customer service that goes above and beyond what many offer. Trust is a huge issue for clients, we have our clients trust that we will always be looking out for their best interest, including securing our correspondence that includes private information.
