Being an insurance agency focusing on health insurance, we deal with an enormous amount of communication that must be sent securely. We utilize NeoCertified Secure Email exclusively for this need.

  • Perhaps in having additional service techs
  • Everyone always wants better pricing but they are competitive in their field
  • Better public recognition of NeoCertified Secure Email
Likelihood to Recommend
NeoCertified Secure Email is very easy to use, and the speed of the encryption is excellent. The only challenge we have had is some of the national carriers are unfamiliar with NeoCertified Secure Email and thus sometimes give us some resistance in our utilizing it.

Pros
  • Easily works with our Outlook email system.
  • Those receiving our secure emails find it easy to set up a user name and password to access and open and attach and send back.
  • Whenever help is needed they respond quickly.
Cons
  • Our wish list would be if we could utilize it via our Gmail system. We don't use Outlook emails except with NeoCertified.
Likelihood to Recommend
I have recommended NeoCertified to anyone I know that needs that added protection for themselves and their clients. NeoCertified is easy to do business with and for smaller companies is very affordable.

  • It solves my number 1 problem...staying compliant with the security rules and regulations that my industry imposes.
  • It gives peace of mind to my clients that their personal information is secured. This is an easy step in customer service that goes above and beyond what many offer. Trust is a huge issue for clients, we have our clients trust that we will always be looking out for their best interest, including securing our correspondence that includes private information.
Alternatives Considered
It has been a while since I looked at other email security sites. Quite honestly I do not know. After we found NeoCertified and implemented it we simply do not worry nor do we look at changing. When a product works why look elsewhere?

It works great for loan processing where all kinds of secure documents need to be transmitted. We don't have any scenarios where it is less appropriate.

  • It has been one of the best investments we made and allows us to securely transmit documents essential to our business.
