Likelihood to Recommend	Epicor Software Propello is user-friendly for the average store associate for a basic sale. Some basic inventory functions and product inquiries are not too difficult for store associates. But beyond that, in my experience, the system lacks functionality for a Hardware and Lumber store that handles special orders, services, etc. And the data needed to make business decisions is not easy to obtain, with some of it impossible to get unless you purchase an additional program from them. Pros	Epicor Software Their easy to learn and use interface is very nice. Its a clear cut design that not only makes it easy to learn, but easy to teach to others as well. I really like the Quick Product tab for our POS. For things we carry outside, or out of reach, its a very helpful tool to just have those SKUs right there and available to me. The ability to save and come back to active transactions has been something I've utilized a lot since getting Epicor Propello. It helps in various situations, but helps mostly when people remember last second that they need something. Cons	Epicor Software Running reports: Scope is very, very limited and not overly relevant to my industry (retail: pet store) Brand Name is largely an after thought (not even a search filter), but in retail settings Brand is a very important aspect. Inside support team isn't as educated on Epicor Propello as they are other Epicor software which can cause delays in translating issues. Usability	Epicor Software Epicor Propello has significant potential but setup and training create anchors to moving forward. Mobile POS is useful and can improve productivity. Setup and methodology are a barrier to taking advantage of this component. Some features have been missing and are still in release phases. Updates are necessary to make the software more comprehensive. Usability is limited to how the end user is setup and trained. Alternatives Considered	Epicor Software Lightspeed had consistent issues with the software being down and little to no support. It also didn't have easy functionality to receive orders via a mobile device. Epicor Propello's team is very receptive to feedback and has made changes we suggested. Return on Investment	Epicor Software I'm not sure it has had a positive impact. I know I should use the reports available to me yet I'm not sure how best to use them. What are some Best Practices that we should be doing on a daily basis with Epicor Propello? There are so many questions after using Epicor Propello for a couple of years that it would be nice to have some additional training. Yet I believe there is a charge for that and we are currently paying a lot for our monthly fee. Incentivized Jill Pooler Owner Read full review	LOC Software No answers on this topic
