Use Cases and Deployment Scope
We run a single retail store. Epicor Propello is our full POS system; we generate, prep, and receive PO's, and it also manages all inventory and promotions. We also utilize their credit card processing system. We have two registers utilizing POS only, and then several back office work stations doing operational tasks.

- Running reports: Scope is very, very limited and not overly relevant to my industry (retail: pet store)
- Brand Name is largely an after thought (not even a search filter), but in retail settings Brand is a very important aspect.
- Inside support team isn't as educated on Epicor Propello as they are other Epicor software which can cause delays in translating issues.
Return on Investment
- Save hundreds of hours a year on automated promotions
- Orders take on average 30 minutes instead of multiple hours
