Epos Now vs. Zii POS

It is a good POS system for a small business and provides a lot of different functions to help a business with reporting. Really the only complaint that I have is trying to reach customer service. It takes a while for them to get back to you.

Zii POS will be suited to a quick takeaway coffee shop or something small but not well suited for anything that needs a proper POS system, like a restaurant. In my experience, user experience is bad; contracts are a rip-off and designed to get you to give them all your money upfront. In my opinion, printouts are really hard to read as well, so more likely for mistakes.

• Better features than competitors
• Mini Pc allows constant connection so printers won't drop out

• In my opinion, terrible user experience in the app
• In my opinion, hopeless technical support
• In my opinion, confusing and over complicated back end menu design
• In my experience, pushy and rip off contracts
• In my experience, print outs are really bad and hard to read for chef's
• In my experience, upfront payment for contracts.

• Definitely has improved customers asking for a more detailed receipt or invoice.
