Teem was acquired by WeWork in September 2018, and then acquired by iOFFICE in January 2020 after WeWork announced they would sell it.

  • More direct integration with Microsoft tools such as Teams and Outlook.
  • Functionality more akin to special events check-in that can be used when necessary.

Alternatives Considered
Eptura (formerly Condeco and iOFFICE + SpaceIQ)
Envoy would be an alternative. Honestly, they do the same thing but have different names. At the end of the day, it comes down to cost and functions. Price your product right and give them the functions they need and that's all you need to do; word-of-mouth is the best advertisement!
