EstimateOne vs. Jonas Enterprise Construction Management Software vs. SiteCapture

EstimateOne is well suited for subcontractors or builders alike to streamline the process of tendering on projects. It is a fantastic platform for anyone really, whether you are starting your business and need to build a client base or have an already established business and want to find more projects to tender on. It can be difficult at times to know where you stand after submitting a price, a strong follow up process or CRM is something you should consider before using the platform to keep track of key contacts and jobs you have priced.

If you are looking for several features under one roof, this is your place. No need to try to integrate third-party applications for the most part. If you are a construction company with job costing and/or a service department, I can't think of a reason that it would not be appropriate. If you are primarily retail then I think another software would be more appropriate.

Any scenario where you are managing off-site work tasks, especially if those work tasks involve virtual verification and media.

• Document access to projects on tender.
• Easy access to tenders and all commercial projects and their status.
• Good communication details with estimators.

• Payroll - upload Union reports are quick and easy saving time with manual calculations
• Service Billing - create service calls and invoice direct from module, saving duplicate data entry
• Job Cost - Tracks costs and revenues for analysing departments, project managers and techs

EstimateOne is easy to use, the user interface is designed to be simple yet functional - many other platforms I have used are much more cumbersome to navigate and don't offer as much functionality. Everything has been thought out well with EstimateOne - it seems to have been designed by people who have worked in the industry.

I think it depends on how much you want to put into it. It is a very powerful program, but sometimes learning everything is overwhelming. There are hidden tricks that you learn when you attend webinars and conferences.

Abby Tuong is an incredible employee who is EstimateOne. Her proactiveness, willingness to listen and help, and customer focus is second to none. With that level of support, it is no wonder EstimateOne has such rave reviews and is clearly the choice in the market.

I think EstimateOne may have a broader database (not sure); but certainly I feel it is very thorough in the searchability for suitable projects

I feel Jonas was more equipped to handle multi-state, multi-union payroll as well as multi-jurisdiction sales tax. I wasn't interested in third-party support.

• We are hoping for a positive impact and positive ROI since Covid-19 has effectively stopped our personal engagement opportunities with builders and architects

• With our service department module now being fully integrated (wasn't before), information is more reliable and current. Jonas has helped our bottom line by saving us over 1,000 hours annually in administrative duties.

• Reduced our labor spend due to integration and automation.
