Euna Procure vs. OpenGov

OpenGov procurement needs to keep the business model of ProcureNow. I have noticed since it has joined OpenGov customer engagement has gotten lost.

The OpenGov platform has been relatively easy for all staff at different levels to implement into their daily workday.

They have always resolved any issues we have had. It has been timely and responsive.
