Evalato vs. Eventsforce

Evalato is a great award management software, which has all of the necessary tools. One of the best features we used is that it allowed us to create our own award competition form and embed it into our website. This was a real lifesaver, as we didn't need to hire web developers to help us with that part of the process. It was all handled through Evalato's platform and it saved us time and money.

An event which consist of collecting attendees details to post event analysis can use this product. If you are organizing both public and private events, eventsforce will be great solution. Eventsforce is also a great solution for big events that consist of different sessions that need different registrations, volunteers etc. It is a great solution considering the time it could save in event planning.

• Structures the categories in the awards conveniently
• Organize judging of awards
• Automates processes that are important for quality awards

• It helps us in planning the tasks individually.
• During event organizing, we can use to create digital forms for specific needs.

• Filtering options of all registrations

• We are a small scale user of this product, so we haven't faced any problems with eventsforce.
• Every basic things needed for organizing an event is available in Eventsforce, so our company is happy with it as of now.

Evalato’s features have made it easier for us to organize our programs and collect applications, the software has also saved us time and has increased our programs’ impact

In my work experience I have only used Evalato for Award Management

We haven't used any other similar products other than Eventsforce. Eventsforce was all we need for our requirement.
