eventPower vs. SpotMe

I would 100% recommend eventPower to colleagues as not only is the product great, but the staff is superior. I have worked with them for two meetings now and the staff is just so great. They keep me on track, build majority of the components themselves, and never say "no". If something isn't available, they always try and work with their technical staff to create a workaround. They just make everything easy for me the client.

SpotMe is great if you would like your attendees to be engaged prior to your event and during your event. It can be used as an event app for personalized agendas, interaction, and gamification. This allows communication to/from attendees to be way more accessible and at their fingertips. It also allows them to feel more engaged in the event, especially if it is virtual.

• Ease - Easy to download, set up and interact with

• I think with all technology, there is room for improvement - such as some outage/reliability.
