Eventsforce vs. Gleam

An event which consist of collecting attendees details to post event analysis can use this product. If you are organizing both public and private events, eventsforce will be great solution. Eventsforce is also a great solution for big events that consist of different sessions that need different registrations, volunteers etc. It is a great solution considering the time it could save in event planning.

If you host giveaways regularly, Gleam is an easy solution and way to capture emails, entries and enhance your social media presence.

• We are a small scale user of this product, so we haven't faced any problems with eventsforce.
• Every basic things needed for organizing an event is available in Eventsforce, so our company is happy with it as of now.

• For some channels users have to manually do the tasks.
• Free tier needs more customization.
• Sign up form builder is lacking.

Their support is fine. I remember the one time promising an upcoming feature that I don't think ever got implemented, but it wasn't a huge deal. I haven't had a lot of interaction with their support team.

We haven't used any other similar products other than Eventsforce. Eventsforce was all we need for our requirement.

Gleam is much better than Woobox, even though the latter have better pricing tiers.

• We have saved a lot of time in planning, thus saved a lot of resources.
• User Friendly interface ease out our stress.
• Support to multiple languages also helps us in saving external resources.
