Eventsforce vs. Votigo

An event which consist of collecting attendees details to post event analysis can use this product. If you are organizing both public and private events, eventsforce will be great solution. Eventsforce is also a great solution for big events that consist of different sessions that need different registrations, volunteers etc. It is a great solution considering the time it could save in event planning.

If you want a fully integrated and customized solution Votigo is the way to go. But it is not a cheap or fast option. If you can work within the self service template it can be a fast, inexpensive option.

• It helps us in planning the tasks individually.
• During event organizing, we can use to create digital forms for specific needs.
• Saves a lot of our time in organizing.

• Worked with Votigo on large cause marketing campaign for Citgo Oil. Great customer service!
• Votigo is flexibile with program implementation and customization. Project for 3M
• Votigo is a always timely with follow up and technical support and resolution

• We are a small scale user of this product, so we haven't faced any problems with eventsforce.
• Every basic things needed for organizing an event is available in Eventsforce, so our company is happy with it as of now.

• I wish we had more flexibility with the design options like CSS and HTML at the lower cost self service option.
• I wish the API option was less expensive or had more flexabilty in the design
• Please remove the Votigo branding for the self service solution. I would be willing to pay more but not a lot more.

For a custom or API implementation I think it is a great option and they have great customer service. The self service option is too rigid and I need more application options and design customization

We haven't used any other similar products other than Eventsforce. Eventsforce was all we need for our requirement.

• We have saved a lot of time in planning, thus saved a lot of resources.
• User Friendly interface ease out our stress.
• Support to multiple languages also helps us in saving external resources.

• It is a great solution but I now see a lot of other products with more advanced reporting and lower costs.
