This appliance is well suited for organizations that have a need to monitor, moderate, or log social networking site use or the use of any website. It is a very solid tool for any information security department to have at their disposal.

• Integrates extremely well with client's SIEM environment
• Secure Data transfer / bidirectional

• Discovery: It allows for easy discoveries by the compliance and cyber security departments.
• Ethical walls: This keeps certain departments from talking to each other.
• Very granular control. This is a big product meaning you can get very detailed with it.
• Once it's configured and running, we hardly ever have any issues.

• I wonder if we can think of integrating it with Firewall Rule Management solutions like Tufin, not sure if API supports or not.
• Custom Reporting capabilities tailored for CISO/GISO level client folks
• Automation /ease of custom scripting - assistance from Forcepoint support for the same

• Its configuration options were very large and required a good deal of time to learn all of the various settings.

1) Good satisfactory overall support 2) Relatively straight forward installation 3) Data Security 4) Cloud support which is big plus / multi cloud as well. Most of the clients are also very intelligent since they refer Gartner and other reports for statistical data. They do their homework well in advance hence we have to make sure we know the product well

This was the only appliance of its kind that I have used. Other devices have different capabilities for web filtering such as the checkpoint firewalls, but none of them offered the overall solution that was deployed with this product at that time.

• Since we are from cyber security, we are engaged in a multi-year relationship with clients that are interested in deploying ForcePoint.
• We have been strong pipeline in our current PoVs for European clients that are interested in this solution. They just want extended support to deploy it end-to-end
• Less costly training mandates, good training material available on the net
