Vulse is a content marketing platform for LinkedIn, designed for employers and teams, of use to companies for amplifying employee advocacy or growing company pages.
It is our duty to distribute different content to our departments. It was hard to have control over every post on our different platforms. With EveryoneSocial, we have been able to even add social platforms where we did not have a presence before. With EveryoneSocial, we have had a better understanding of our target.
The platform is great for any team looking to improve employee advocacy internally, whether a small team or an enterprise business. If you're running a specific campaign and want your team to share relevant content, it can help you plan and share it with everyone. The Tone Match feature saves a lot of time, rather than having to create unique posts for everyone. It's also useful to have a live leaderboard of performance and to be able to create custom reports to prove the ROI of advocacy to senior leaders.
Leaderboards: I think it's great to have one, it's a strong motivator, but to my knowledge, there's no room for customizations/separate leaderboards the way there is for the different content streams. Seems like a no-brainer that each content stream/group should have its own leaderboard. With one general leaderboard, I've seen it actually discourage people from participating, b/c they see Joe Smith with over a thousand shares, etc. and feel like they'll never catch up, so why bother. Separate, customized leaderboards would be a right direction for this product. This is really one of the only areas I think this tool is really lacking in.
I gave it this rating because it is easy to use, creates positive competition between employees about who can have the most impact on the brand, engages others in a way we have not yet been able to duplicate and is very simple.
It's an incredibly simple platform to use, and it has just the right amount of features needed, whereas other platforms overcomplicate things. It's quick to use, has a low learning curve, and ultimately allows us to get team content out faster, which has had a positive impact. Most importantly, the team has found it useful and enjoys using the product to share their posts.
I consider that EveryoneSocial stacks up against other platforms since it has more complete and useful tools that we can use to acquire better results in productivity and time management. As well, it has been a very user-friendly platform. It was a smooth transition that worked for the best of everyone.
We looked at a number of employee advocacy platforms before deciding to go with Vulse. The first thing that stood out was the total cost, which was much lower than others and matched our budget. They don't charge for admin seats, onboarding, or training, which other vendors do. The simplicity of the platform helped us make this decision too; it offered everything we needed and looked easy to use.
