[HighRadius Collections Cloud] is well suited for [a] multitude of businesses. It's a well-versed system that uses your current data to help drive automation with the receivables. [It] also uses analytics to help drive forecasting. Businesses need to realize [their] data is what drives [the] program, so [they] need to ensure [the] dataset is valid before trying to convert over to [HighRadius Collections Cloud]. Existing ERP is driving what [HighRadius Collections Cloud] can or can not do.

Good support! We haven't had any issues so far that have been terribly bad. Only recommendation is to have support in North America as well.

The service with Exactly has been great, as well as the easy to understand UI. We haven't had many issues with Exactly on our team! The best thing about Exactly is that we can set up recurring payments in various currencies

[HighRadius Collections Cloud] encompasses several modules that interact with one another. This allows the data to talk between the different modules, this [is] one of the main strengths of [HighRadius Collections Cloud].
