Overall Satisfaction with Exactly.com

Our company is using Exactly to accept payments from customers. These are usually with our self serve customers with recurring payment instalments.

  • Easily understand the stages of the transfer
  • Mobile app has crashed several times in the past
  • Support is not in North America
  • Save time on transferring and tracking payments
  • Accepting various currencies from customers all over the world
The service with Exactly has been great, as well as the easy to understand UI. We haven't had many issues with Exactly on our team! The best thing about Exactly is that we can set up recurring payments in various currencies.
Good support! We haven't had any issues so far that have been terribly bad. Only recommendation is to have support in North America as well.

Good for online businesses to be able to track incoming payments in various currencies. These payments can be in small or large amounts and they can be recurring to easily create invoices for customers.
