• The cost of the solution can be high for some businesses.
• There are some limitations when it comes to certain payment methods.
• The customer service response time can be slow sometimes.

Good support! We haven't had any issues so far that have been terribly bad. Only recommendation is to have support in North America as well.

The service with Exactly has been great, as well as the easy to understand UI. We haven't had many issues with Exactly on our team! The best thing about Exactly is that we can set up recurring payments in various currencies
