ezTalks vs. OpenVoice

Earlier I was using Skype, but then my colleagues started using it; I found it pretty impressive with all its features which include high video, and audio quality, the ability to share screen or whiteboard and send instant messages. I'm a Team Lead at Cynet Systems and managing a team of 8. EZ Talks made work quite easy to connect to my team members.

OpenVoice works really well for large 80+ conference calls. We've hosted over 30+ calls on the system and never once had any service outages. It is a stable platform that works reliably!

It's been years since I've had to call into OpenVoice for any technical support issues. The main issues I had were more on the billing side, but those billing issues were cleared up quickly.

It offers features to improve the call, like file-sharing, meeting preparation tools, multichannel communication, and communication management, which helps you get great service in online meetings without any problem. Technical support is really helpful; they'd resolve your queries in no time, unlike other tools. It also runs smoother than other tools which are mentioned above and give's you the best experience connecting to your fellow workers.

OpenVoice provides a quick, simple way to gather users together for conference calls. We've tried using WebEx's audio bridge, but many times users find themselves confused by the prompts. We've tried numerous times to educate users on WebEx, but it always seems to fall back on OpenVoice.

• The built-in recording feature allows us to post recordings of conference calls with ease.
