It can integrate with a vast number of cloud environments and hybrid configurations. Does well for WAF and DDoS protection, and for load balancing across cloud, on-premises, and edge. It offers AI-powered insight and automation, logging, metrics, and traffic data. It also supports AI and ML workloads at the edge.

Cons
  • It's still a little early so the app feels foreign to our ops teams
  • I would like to customize the UI so I can visually see if I'm in Prod or Dev based on background colors
  • Templates are a little awkward to create

Usability
Some UI/UX elements can be clunky and not always intuitive. There are some documentation gaps and, in many cases, outdated documentation. It requires a learning curve and expertise to manage. It might not be worth it for many companies, depending on size and the overhead required to maintain. Although flexible, the templates and configuration can feel a bit rigid.
