I have used Barracuda solutions. But my experience is not sufficient to make a fair comparison with F5. I do not have experience in other products as well.

I would recommend this if you have many cross-platform services across multiple cloud providers and don't want to manage and update them manually. For a simple setup, use a site-to-site VPN, but if you have multiple apps, this will reduce complexity. Moreover, they have their own fiber network worldwide to avoid latency.

The support model needs a quite a bit of work. I personally have experienced an outage on the platform. due to mis-configureation Although the outage was due to engineer error it took over 2 hours before we were able to speak to an engineer
