FAXtopia vs. mFax by Documo

Documo is very well suited for general tasks many law firms need to do. We have increased the efficiency of our record requests to various entities by using documo. It is best suited for documents that are not too large. When you get into multiple hundreds of pages the fax may be pending for hours before it is confirmed sent

• Incredible, always available and efficient customer service.
• Immediate fax confirmations and ability to re-fax if necessary.
• Ability to review history and retrieve sent faxes.
• Extremely user-friendly and is a breeze to work with.
• Ability to customize fax cover sheets.
• Is actually fun and enjoyable to use.
• Prefer not to use any other fax software system because this one is the best.

Every time I needed assistance, Documo's Support team has been available to help me and has fixed every issue I have had, which aren't that many. They are great to work with, easy to chat with, and very friendly and knowledgeable.
