Fetcher is best suited to targeted roles with specific job titles, functional responsibilities, and other criteria (eg. years of experience, etc). It is less effective at sourcing for generalized titles, responsibilities, and overly broad roles.

It's great if paying for full suite of products and if you had a limited footprint within a market and needed traction. It definitely lends itself to the next generation of recruiters and does leverage AI well. It's fast and generally a stable platform that is fairly intuitive to use from the outset
