Overall Satisfaction with Loxo Talent Intelligence Platform

We use Loxo Talent Intelligence Platform as our end to end recruitment/search software for our CRM/ATS and outreach product in order to undertake search activities across our chosen markets across different geographies and time zones

Pros

  • Candidate identification
  • outreach
  • Finding candidates from open source

Cons

  • The training could be significantly expanded
  • Some of the "basics" covered on more legacy crm/ATS software not adequately addressed by Loxo
  • The interview process on Loxo is not intuitive and feels underdeveloped
  • we've seen stong ROI on certain candidate campaigns
  • Strong on technically focussed searches where technologies and languages matter
  • our passive candidates have more than doubled
Overall its an intuitive interface, it just falls down slightly on a few of the basics and training to use. Because it's a leap from a traditional, legacy CRM/ATS, it requires a different way of working, which needs to be communicated better in terms of new workflow
Loxo was more of a multifaceted product that lends itself to multi client serach agency work

It's great if paying for full suite of products and if you had a limited footprint within a market and needed traction. It definitely lends itself to the next generation of recruiters and does leverage AI well. It's fast and generally a stable platform that is fairly intuitive to use from the outset
