FinFit vs. Payactiv

Great financial support when their services
are needed, lower interest rates and quick loans for when it is an emergency Not suitable when you do not know how to manage your finances and you exceed your loans

I think it is well suited because it lets the employees know that the company cares, that we want them to be able to have financial stability, and by doing that we are providing a way for them to access their funds earlier.

• Savings programs from the payroll to maintain economic stability

• It is seamless for me and my office staff
• In all the time we have used it we have never had a problem or issue

• They have been fabulous and they have not left me alone when I need them, they have always been a great ally

• I have no suggestions for improvement, it's never been a problem for my office staff and we have never had a complaint from the field staff, which is most of our employees.

The financial advice that FinFit provides has
helped me improve my way of spending my money by having a more professional
organization with expenses, debts and savings. They are undoubtedly specialists
in building a better financial education to have smarter decisions when
spending. Their credit or loan services are fabulous because it is a small
process and in a matter of hours the money is in the account

I think Pay Activ is the only tool really we need as a company since it has more than just early access to money but can provide other tools to help you in your financial situation

• Employees with savings to meet their needs when they need them and loans that are easier to obtain in case of any emergency is the positive thing

• Sorry, not something we track, but I believe it has an impact on worker dignity, they don't have to come to me hat in hand ask for an advance.
