Overall Satisfaction with Payactiv

Approximately 25% of my workforce uses PayActiv during any given pay period. With access to earned wages via PayActiv, my employees no longer have to come to me for a payday advance. Having this access has been a real help to my staff

  • I have no suggestions for improvement, it's never been a problem for my office staff and we have never had a complaint from the field staff, which is most of our employees.

  • Sorry, not something we track, but I believe it has an impact on worker dignity, they don't have to come to me hat in hand ask for an advance.
I have not used any other products like PayActiv, I have been very pleased with this relationship. Like I said, in the 7+ years we have used them we have not handed a single problem. They work seamlessly with our payroll company and we have not had a single complaint from any of our staff that uses it.

Ours is a service industry and not a high-paying one. Staff and this level of employment don't always have funds available for even minor problems, like a car repair. PayActiv enables them to get the funds they need in situations like that without even [having] to talk to the office.
