FingerCheck vs. Simplicant

Its good for a company that wants employees to see their available PTO and request it themselves. it's easy for each employee to clock in and out. The supervisors can have access to all their employees and see who is working at any given moment. It's a pretty good system.

• Exception handeling
• Automatic email reports
• Integrates very well with payroll system
• Extremely well in working out employee benefit accruals

• The job posting is very elaborative.
• Have the best option of posting jobs directly to LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.
• The filter options are great, they do wonders in-terms of shortlisting.

• It can be hard to tell when the last time your PTO was updated.
• If you forget to clock in - you need a supervisor to approve your request.

• The scheduling process through Simplicant can be made better.
• Sometimes Simplicant is unable to parse a profile, that needs attention.
